Feeling stuck? Go beyond talking! Experience more life & deeper connections with somatic work
Deep and authentic connections with others start with restoring connections to your body and your self.
Francesca Rome-Marie is a Johns Hopkins trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who uses somatic techniques to dissolve mental and emotional blocks, and create the changes you’ve been wanting in your life.
Somatic techniques, in conjunction with talking, work with the deep roots of feeling stuck or blocked, often going beyond what can be reached by talking alone.
Francesca works with only a small group of people so she always has the time and attention to devote to each individual as a whole. She is trauma-informed, and works with people of all identities, including LBGTQ+ communities and creatives of all stripes. She provides thorough, modern, and non judgmental care.
Take your first steps into a deeper connection to your self, your dreams, and others. A few spots are available now and can go quickly. Learn more here and sign up for a free discovery call.
