The Joy List: December 2
Hi there, friend!
Our New Yorker of the Week today is Lindsay. She’s 32, lives in Astoria, and is looking for friendship and love. To say hi, email [email protected] and tell her what interested you in her profile!
If you’re interested in being featured in the future— which I know you are— fill out this form.
Now, onto the good stuff:
How would someone who loves you describe you?
Funny, smart, wise, warm, brave, playful, sincere, musical, spiritual, unique and open to love.
What sorts of things do you want to do with your friends?
Dance, spend time in nature, see theatre, catch up over delicious food, support each other with our hopes and dreams, and explore the city.
What's something that people might not guess about you?
I sing, I LARP (stands for live action role-play), I’m a total tree hugger and I love to dance. I’m a free spirit who believes in magic AND I also want kids and a home in the suburbs. I contain multitudes
Are you looking for love?
Yes! I’m looking for a committed relationship leading to marriage. I want a partner who is warm, emotionally intelligent, fun, funny, open-hearted, financially stable, wants children, believes in magic and happily ever after (like me). Someone who does self-awareness work (therapy, meditation, yoga, etc.) is really important to me! I’m Jewish, and I have a soft spot for Jewish guys, but I’m open to all great men.
Anything else that the Joy List community can help you with?
I have a side business teaching voice lessons virtually. I work with all ages and offer both singing lessons and public speaking training. I’m creating my first self-study course! Follow my Instagram @VoiceMagicStudio for updates, as well as my personal IG @Lindsaylenaya :)
Find your new career, get community support, and have fun doing it!
