Tuesday, July 28: Acu & Comedy: Healing Through Humor

Join Love On Health for Acu& Comedy, an alcohol-free evening blending TCM wisdom, journaling, community sharing, and ear seed treatments with live stand-up comedy. Rooted in the seasonal shift from Summer's Heart energy to Late Summer's grounding Earth energy, the night supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and connection — all before four comedians take the stage. Tuesday, July 28: Siren Circle

Explore your embodied expression in this ritual of somatic vocal exploration and experimentation. In this ceremony, we explore Somatic Vocal Healing, relaxation of the body, deep listening, connection with the inner sounds of our truest desires, and the divinatory nature of our inner voices, collectively and individually. We will literally call in our intentions for the summer Full Moon, as we weave a shared altar and sacred song of prayer and power. This Siren Circle will feature a live musician and sound healer, Camilla Padgitt-Coles.

Wednesday, July 29: Longest Table Upper East Side

In inaugural Longest Table on the Upper East Side is a free, community event bringing people together for a shared meal with friends and neighbors. We'll share a communal potluck meal at one very long table! We bring the tables and chairs; you bring food, drink, plates, utensils and vibes.

Thursday, July 30: Letters from the Table Cookbook Club: Japanese Summer + DIY Onigiri

You've tried sushi and ramen, but have you explored the spectrum of Japanese street food? Join us for an evening diving into Tokyo street food culture, where you'll learn by cooking and tasting. For each gathering, we focus on recipes from a featured author's cookbook. For this evening, we'll explore the food of Tokyo as shared by Maori Murota in Tokyo Cult Recipes.

Thursday, July 30: Riders Alliance Movie Night

Each month, Riders Alliance hosts a social event for our community of transit lovers and advocates. This month, we're hosting a private screening of Off the Rails, a documentary about a man whose overwhelming love of transit has landed him in jail 32 times for impersonating New York City bus drivers and subway conductors and driving their routes.

Thursday, July 30: Living in the In Between: A Storytelling+ Open Mic

Join Bravely Belong and Brooklyn Artery for a night of storytelling, connecting and witnessing on the theme of "Living in the In Between." Many of us don't fit neatly into boxes and might try to bend or hide parts of ourselves to belong.
