Tuesday, March 17: Radical Honesty
Picture, for a second, a life where you could actually say what you mean. Imagine what it would be like to not have to smile through things that hurt, stockpile your resentments in secret, or leave the biggest things unsaid. Imagine not being afraid to show that you have needs, slightly juicy desires, or that you’re a little bored by what someone is saying. Life would feel… very different. In this workshop, we’ll explore why honesty can be so deceptively hard — both with ourselves and with others — and practice naming the subtle truths of what's actually happening inside of us. Because the conversations we avoid most are often the ones that bring us the most freedom.
