Need a coach?
I just had a session with my friend and colleague, Nathan, today. I went in feeling SO overwhelmed by a tipping point in my business— and I left overflowing with ideas. Nathan is one of those rare people who brings business acumen AND a sense of spirituality. I can’t recommend him enough.
If you’re curious about working with him, he’s offering free one-hour sessions. Tell him I sent you! Yes, I get a referral. I only do that for people who are awesome.

Wednesday, May 7: "As" - Stevie Wonder | One-Day Choir
For this One-Day Choir, we’ll be celebrating all that is everlasting and unconditional with Stevie Wonder’s ‘As.’ From his legendary 1976 album ‘Songs in the Key of Life,’ this song is an iconic declaration of Love’s eternal, effortless power. Led and arranged by guest facilitator Kenyon Duncan, we’ll be opening up our mouths and letting the soul come out, reminding ourselves that Love is a force that endures beyond time and circumstance. This one is for those of you who wanna get your groove on!

Thursday, May 8: Cultivating Intuition: Awakening Your Natural Wisdom
Modern culture prioritizes intellect, yet our deepest wisdom emerges beyond rational thought. Saturday, May 10: Deep Fun
Deep Fun is a highly-physical facilitated communal play (no, not sex) session, drawing loosely on my years of experience as an actor, performer, and educator and with my work at Bond Street Theatre, an NGO that initiates theater projects for peace-building and reconciliation in global post-conflict zones. For two hours, we actively "research" the feeling of physical pleasure, wild abandon, playfulness, and collective effervescence as its own end through a series of four categories of play/game: Collective Play, Collective Competition, Duo Play, and Individual Play (we may not get to all of these categories, and that’s okay!).
"Playing" comes in the form of collective exercises, "frivolous" activities, cooperative and/or competitive games, on-your-feet group problem solving, singing simple songs with great gusto (maybe), and much running (and perhaps rolling) around. It's a fast-paced, high energy, game-packed play session intended to invite vulnerability and connection through a heightened state of presence.
$20-40 sliding scale, 3-5pm. Info here.

Every dish is crafted with love, drawing inspiration from both French cooking methods and the deep, aromatic spices of Hyderabad.
