The Joy List: November 10
Hi there, my generous readers!
Last week, I shared that my goal is to raise $1K for the New York Common Food Pantry by the end of the month.
And guess what, you perfect angels?
We raised over $500 in ONE WEEK!
Let’s see if we can raise the other $500 (or more) this week.
You can use this link to donate.
Now, onto an ad and the events:
Tired of psychiatrists who just give you five minutes and pull out a prescription pad?
Enter: Francesca Rome-Marie. She's a Johns Hopkins trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who runs a holistic therapy and somatic practice. Unlike most therapists though, she can also do lab work, recommend supplements, and prescribe medications. Francesca works with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Many of her patients are part of LGBTQIA+ communities (with many trans and non-binary individuals), and are also creatives of some type.
She specializes in depression, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Francesca works with only a small group of patients so she always has time and attention to devote to each individual. She provides creative, modern, and non-judgmental care. Learn more here and sign up for a free discovery call.
