The Joy List: November 17
Hi there, my splendid readers!
We are ALMOST at our goal of raising $1K for New York Common Pantry.
I can SMELL the success. We’re at $877 folks. Comically close.
You can use this link to donate. I believe in you.
If we hit it, I’ll share my top 3 spots for hot chocolate in the city next week.
And my friends know, I do NOT mess around when it comes to hot chocolate.
Now, onto the events:
Tired of psychiatrists who just give you five minutes and pull out a prescription pad?
Enter: Francesca Rome-Marie. She's a Johns Hopkins trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who runs a holistic therapy and somatic practice. Unlike most therapists though, she can also do lab work, recommend supplements, and prescribe medications. Francesca works with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Many of her patients are part of LGBTQIA+ communities (with many trans and non-binary individuals), and are also creatives of some type.
She specializes in depression, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Francesca works with only a small group of patients so she always has time and attention to devote to each individual. She provides creative, modern, and non-judgmental care. Learn more here and sign up for a free discovery call.
