The Joy List: October 20
Hi there, my splendiferous readers!
We don’t have a New Yorker of the Week today, but I DID get an email from someone saying that they made a great friend from reaching out to someone featured! They’ve hung out a few times already.
That could be YOU!
If you’re interested in being featured, submit yourself here or share the link with a single hottie you know.
And as always, please submit your events (or events you dig). I’m especially curious about events that are mostly folks 30+ and/or on the bougier side. They need to have an element of facilitated connection to be considered.
Tired of psychiatrists who just give you five minutes and pull out a prescription pad?
Enter: Francesca Rome-Marie. She's a Johns Hopkins trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who runs a holistic therapy and somatic practice. Unlike most therapists though, she can also do lab work, recommend supplements, and prescribe medications. Francesca works with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Many of her patients are part of LGBTQIA+ communities (with many trans and non-binary individuals), and are also creatives of some type.
She specializes in depression, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Francesca works with only a small group of patients so she always has time and attention to devote to each individual. She provides creative, modern, and non-judgmental care. Learn more here and sign up for a free discovery call.
