The Joy List: October 27
Hi there, my luminescent readers!
We don’t have a New Yorker of the Week today, so here’s some random stuff that I’ve been loving recently:
Walking dogs at Sean Casey Animal Rescue
28-minute strength workouts with Walter Kim on Obe Fitness. (Use my link for a free month. For some reason, I don’t get anything for sharing that. Work on it, Obe!)
Listening to the Ram Dass podcast while doing chores and ascending
Listen to DJ sets while working like this one, this one, and this one (bonus points for her set name, lol)
Now, onto the events:
Tired of psychiatrists who just give you five minutes and pull out a prescription pad?
Enter: Francesca Rome-Marie. She's a Johns Hopkins trained psychiatric nurse practitioner who runs a holistic therapy and somatic practice. Unlike most therapists though, she can also do lab work, recommend supplements, and prescribe medications. Francesca works with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Many of her patients are part of LGBTQIA+ communities (with many trans and non-binary individuals), and are also creatives of some type.
She specializes in depression, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Francesca works with only a small group of patients so she always has time and attention to devote to each individual. She provides creative, modern, and non-judgmental care. Learn more here and sign up for a free discovery call.
